Club Brugge are reportedly close to finalising an agreement with Ajax for the signing of winger Carlos Forbs, with both clubs nearing a deal believed to be worth around €8.5–9 million including bonuses. Forbs, a 21-year-old Portuguese youth international, struggled to make an impact at Ajax and on loan at Wolverhampton, but is now set to travel to Belgium for a medical and to complete the transfer. The deal is expected to include a resale percentage in favour of Ajax[1][3].

The club has also been active in the transfer market over the summer. Recent arrivals include Ludovit Reis from Hamburger SV for €7.1 million and Nicolo Tresoldi from Hannover 96 for €7 million. Other incoming players are Alejandro Granados from Club NXT and Vince Osuji from Kalmar FF. Dani van den Heuvel has joined on a free transfer from Leeds United, and Hugo Siquet from Freiburg[2]. Additionally, Christos Tzolis has renewed his contract until June 2029, and Chemsdine Talbi and Maxime De Cuyper have completed moves as well[4].

On the departure front, Maxim de Cuyper completed a transfer to Brighton, while Casper Nielsen moved to Standard Liège, and Ferran Jutglà to Celta de Vigo[6][4]. Meanwhile, Mark O’Mahony has gone on loan to Reading[8].

In other developments, Club Brugge are resisting offers from AC Milan for midfielder Ardon Jashari, who has returned to training but reportedly only wants to move to Milan. Negotiations continue, with Jashari said to have turned down Premier League options, remaining focused on a potential Serie A switch[5]. Brugge have also targeted Aleksandar Stankovic from Inter Milan as a possible Jashari replacement, though talks have reached a temporary impasse over the inclusion of a buyout clause in the deal[7].
